Scottish Tom is an excellent small local business. It was wonderful having seasoned professionals come over with an apprentice to learn on the job. There were no sales pressures for unneeded work or subscription services.

I've worked with a lot of contractors over the years and it's hard to find contractors who actually care about doing a good job. Tom is truly one of the very few I've found that does, and I can't recommend him enough.

I want to thank you for the excellent work you did installing my digital thermostat. From the beginning, you were very punctual, professional, and friendly. You took the time to explain how the thermostat works and answered all my questions patiently.

Even though I am across the country and posed no real value to Tom he took the time out of his day to have a conversation with me and discuss some of the mold protocol questions I had after talking to a local contractor. I was referred to Tom by a friend and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

I am fortunate to have found Tom. First hot weekend of the Summer and of course my unit breaks down. Any salesman would have told me that it's time to replace a 30 year old unit and charged me to inform me the obvious.
